From One Mom to Another

I’ve been there. I raised five kids. 

I’ve experienced postpartum depression and anxiety, and I’ve sat with those same hard feelings so many of us carry in motherhood—guilt, worry, exhaustion, self-doubt.

I know how lonely and heavy it can feel.

But I’ve also come through it. I’ve done the inner work, built the tools, and cracked the code on what moms really need to feel well, emotionally strong, and connected to themselves again.

As a mom of five and a therapist for over 30 years, I’ve supported women through every stage of motherhood—from the fog of postpartum to the overwhelm of raising teens. 

I bring my personal and professional experience together to help you feel steady, seen, and supported.

More about my training & experience

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas with a Master’s in Social Work and over 30 years of experience helping women navigate the emotional terrain of life, motherhood, and everything in between.

I’m EMDR certified and hold a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), which means I bring both trauma-informed care and strength-based science into the room. I’ve pursued extensive post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, postpartum mental health, and relationship dynamics—including Level 2 Gottman Method training.

Whether we’re working through anxiety, building emotional regulation, or supporting your postpartum recovery, I pull from evidence-based practices and real-life insight to help you feel better in your mind, body, and relationships.

When I’m not in session, I speak to audiences about resilience, communication, parenting, and self-esteem—topics I’ve lived both professionally and personally. My husband and I have been married for 35 years, and we’ve raised five kids and now cheer on our nine beautiful grandchildren. I am passionate about supporting families and helping moms love their life.
