$250 per initial 75-minute session
$180 per 50-minute session

Insurance
We do not file directly with insurance companies, but if you have out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide you with a detailed statement (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. If you’re unsure about your benefits, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand what they offer for out-of-network mental health services.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit or debit cards
- Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards
Payments are processed securely to ensure your privacy and peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within this window will not incur a charge. However, if we receive notice less than 24 hours before your session or if you miss your appointment, the full session fee will be charged to your card automatically.
This policy helps us ensure fairness and consistency. When a session is canceled at the last minute, it’s often difficult to offer that time slot to another client who may be waiting for support. By honoring this policy, you help us maintain availability for everyone seeking care.
