I am currently meeting entirely by video session (Telehealth)
Life can feel hard, but it will get better! I’m trained to understand why you feel as you do and I can show you the way out of depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. I can also show you how to stop being self-critical so you can love your life again. You can hope to walk away from our work together feeling more connected to yourself- understanding your thoughts and feelings and knowing how to confidently deal with them. I have over 30 years of experience helping people feel better and achieve their goals!
There are so many tools to help you feel better: such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, Postpartum Mood Disorder support, and Resilience. It helps to have a guide and a partner so you don’t have to do it alone!
Together, we’ll focus on understanding your brain and how it can work for you rather than against you.
Life may feel challenging but there is hope in feeling better! I invite you to reach out and get started on feeling better today.
A partial list of the areas I am experienced treating are:
- Depression and Anxiety
- Pregnancy and Postpartum adjustment
- Marriage concerns
- Parenting coaching- (new parent stress, relationship, bonding difficulties, negotiating limits, discipline)
- Personal Growth- (resolving childhood issues, increasing self-awareness, improving self-esteem, developing assertiveness, setting boundaries)
- Life Changes- (Divorce, empty nest, coping with illness and grief.)
- Navigating relationships with in-laws and grown children
Helping moms is close to my heart. Check out my website LeighGermann.com to find specially designed tools to support women in creating the lives they love.
I look forward to meeting with you!
